Digital Delivery & No Shipping Policy

This Delivery Policy applies to all subscriptions to the Vox service provided by Buir Lake Laboratories Limited. It should be read together with our Billing Policy, Refund Policy, and Terms of Service.
1. Nature of the Service
Vox is a digital software subscription service. We do not sell, manufacture, or ship any physical goods. There is no tangible product to package, dispatch, or receive, and no shipping fees are ever charged to you.
2. How Access Is Delivered
Access to the Vox service is delivered electronically through your Vox account and the Vox macOS application. Specifically:
- Account creation — after you complete registration and verify your email address, your Vox account is immediately usable on the Free tier.
- Application download — the Vox macOS application is available for download from our website and, where applicable, via signed release channels. Installation uses the standard macOS flow and does not require physical media.
- Paid plan activation — when you upgrade to a paid plan, access to the upgraded tier (quota, features, and support priority) is activated automatically once our payment processor confirms your payment and our system receives the corresponding webhook. In typical conditions this happens within a few seconds of a successful charge.
3. Activation Timeline
In the overwhelming majority of cases, paid access is active before you leave the checkout success page. If the payment processor's confirmation is delayed — for example, because of network conditions or additional fraud checks on the processor's side — activation can take up to 24 hours. If your plan has not activated after 24 hours from a successful charge, please contact support@buirlake.com with the charge date and the email address on your Vox account, and we will reconcile your account manually.
4. No Shipping Fees
Because no physical item is shipped, no shipping, handling, customs, or import-duty charges apply to any Vox subscription, regardless of the customer's country or region.
5. Geographic Availability
Vox is a software service accessible wherever the Vox macOS application can be installed and where our payment processor is able to collect payments in a supported currency. We do not restrict delivery of the service itself by geography; however, the choice of payment methods and billing currency available at checkout may vary by region and by your device.
6. What to Do If Activation Fails
If you were charged but your Vox account does not reflect the expected plan within 24 hours, email support@buirlake.com with:
- the email address on your Vox account,
- the date and approximate time of the charge as shown on your card or payment statement, and
- the plan you expected to be activated (Standard or Pro).
We will acknowledge your request within one business day and either activate the plan or issue a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
7. Cancellations and Downgrades
Because access is delivered electronically and not via a shipment, there is no shipment to recall when you cancel a subscription. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period: you retain access to the paid tier until then, and you are not charged again thereafter. See our Billing Policy for details.
