What happens when I reach my free limit?
You will see a notification with the option to upgrade. Your existing transcription history and dictionary remain intact. The free quota resets at the beginning of each calendar month.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
What payment methods are accepted?
We currently support major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor. Apple Pay and Google Pay may be available where supported by your device, region, and our payment processor. Additional local payment methods may be introduced later in selected regions.
